HOW LONG DO THE DELIVERIES TAKE?

We are serving with Cash On Delivery Service, to Uttara, Tongi, Mirpur, Cantonment, Banani, Banani DOHS, Gulshan, Baridhara, Baridhara DOHS, Badda, Mohakhali, Mohakhali DOHS, Khilgaon, Paltan, Motijheel, Banasree, Moghbazar, Malibag, Razarbag, Kallyanpur, Shyamoli, Paikpara, Pallabi and Mohammedpur. For the rest of the Dhaka city we are currently delivering within 48 hours time frame.  You can also specify a convenient time and we will send the products during that time.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY HOURS?

We deliver from 8 am to 6 pm every day. You can choose from available slots to find something that is convenient to you.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS HERE?

AmarJhuri representative will call you as soon as they are at your house to let you know about your delivery.

HOW DO I PAY?

We accept cash on delivery and we also have Online Bkash service. Don’t worry, our AmarJhuri representatives should always carry enough change.

DO YOU SERVE MY AREA?

We are currently serving nationwide ( So, If you live in Bangladesh, we do serve you )

HOW DO I REFER A FRIENDS OR FAMILY?

To refer a friend or family, Sign Up and login to your account and You will see a unique link for referral. Copy the link and send to FnF .Your refered person will recieve a SMS or an email from us with a 50tk discount (for orders over 500tk). Once they complete their first order with us you will recieve a 50tk coupon code.

I CAN’T FIND THE PRODUCT I AM LOOKING FOR. WHAT DO I DO?

We are always open to new suggestions and will add an item to our inventory just for you. There is a “Product Request” feature that you can use to inform us your requirement. You can also call +880-181-5000-464 or mail us at support@amarjhuri.com to add an item to our inventory.

MY ORDER IS WRONG. WHAT DO I DO?

Immediately call +880-181-5000-464 and let us know the problem.

WHAT IF THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

We hold our own inventory, so we rarely run of out stock. However, we will try our best to source what you need. If we cannot find it, we will call you and let you know what substitutes are available.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A HARTAL?

Well, that is up to you but you can also be a couch potato like our founders and have your items delivered to your house. Our prices are always lower than that of major superstores or online shops in the city. We also carry a larger variety than the average corner-store. So, there is really no reason to not buy from us. Moreover, we provide Price Match guarantee.

WHAT ABOUT THE PRICES?

Our prices are our own but we try our best to offer them to you below market prices. Our prices are the below  the local market and we are working hard to get them even lower! If you feel that any product is priced unfairly, please let us know.

We use our Pathao Delivery Service to deliver. Only Bulk Quantity orders are processed by our own delivery man.

SHOULD I TIP THE DELIVERY REPRESENTATIVE?

Tips are not required. But our delivery team members appreciate recognition for their hard work. Delivery representatives keep the entire tip amount.

HOW ARE YOU SOURCING YOUR PRODUCTS?

We have deals with whole-sellers, manufacturers and importers. We only sell authentic products.

WHAT IS YOUR DISCOUNTING POLICY?

We try to provide the best deals in Bangladesh and many of our products are already discounted below the maximum retail price (MRP). We also offer discount codes under special circumstances, which are applied on the MRP. On any given product, we can only apply one type of discount. We always consider the best discount available to the customer. For example: If the MRP of a product is Tk. 110 and our list price is Tk. 99 — the product is already sold at a 10% discount. This means that if user applies a discount code for 5% discount , we will still consider the best discount available to the user and sell the product at Tk. 94.
